the concierge handled my bags quickly upon arrival. the hotel facilities and rooms smelled so good. the fitness room was top notch with two cable machines and treadmills that connected to my apple watch!!! the location could not have been better, it is right in the heart of the city.
the hotel is used for events. this is fine but i booked dinner at the hotel restaurant. it was a big mistake because there was a private function next door and it was so loud.

The hotel bar was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the downtown area. I also found the room to be spacious, something I greatly value during my travels.
There was a slight issue with noise from other guests at night.

The breakfast had a huge selection of excellent dishes. I noticed many high-quality local options were available. The barista made the perfect cup of coffee. I also enjoyed omelets with a citric coffee.

The rooms were super clean. The beds were comfortable. This helped me relax. I observed that the rooms were beautifully decorated. The hotel even had the scent of freshly cut flowers throughout, which I found good.

The staff went out of their way to help guests. The doorman was always cute. He took great care of us with a big smile. I received a very warm welcome on arrival. It was very nice.

The location was excellent for exploring the Old Town. Bike hire is right opposite the building. You can get to the beach in 20 minutes through the park. I will come back!

The location was excellent. I found the service to be super helpful. All the staff were very attentive.
I booked a room with a large double bed. I got a room with two single beds joined together. They kept on moving. It led to a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

The breakfast was fantastic. it included an abundance of fruit and yogurt. I found it perfect. the bar is bustling in the evening and it has a great atmosphere.
The hotel is used for events so it can get noisy. there was a private function adjoining the restaurant. It featured loud karaoke.
